inadequate system cooling issue

the staff was HELPFUL and the room size was adequate.

the air conditioning system struggled, it never cooled the room adequately even after running continuously for hours and THAT was pretty frustrating.

comfortable bed modern lighting electronic control loud conversation malfunctioning tv delayed service

the room was large and well appointed. the bed was comfortable. i liked the modern lighting in led throughout the room. the electronic controls were near the bed.

i could hear conversations from the adjacent room. the tv was not working when i arrived. staff told me someone would fix it, but they came the next day. i do not like that.
